Low fat bran apple toffee muffins
Here is a great recipie for LF bran muffins with toffee bits and apple~ High fiber
1/2 pkg of low fat bran muffin mix
enough water to just get moist
1/2 blue menu fiber first cereal
1/4 cup chopped granny smith apple
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup toffee bits
Mix all together until all moistened and bake at 375 degrees about 18 min or until cooked through.
Cal: 130
Fiber: 7gr
Protein: 3gr
