So I took a nasty tumble down some outside stairs yesterday morning. If it wasn't me who fell, I would've thought it was awesome. My slip on shoes flew off and landed 15 feet away, it was that gnarly. Anyhow, when I fell, I hit my back on the step and strained my shoulder backward trying to catch myself. My back hurts pretty bad today when I cough or laugh. I broke my bum bum too-owie.
So since this is an injury soreness, should I avoid my back and shoulder free weight exercises for a few days or will it make it stiffer if I don't? I'm new to this whole weight lifting thing. Loving it though. I'm thinking I should let it heal.
I hope none of my neighbors saw me...embarrassing!
