Fiber one bar and a piece of fruit
Cut up fruit and cottage cheese
Wasa fiber crackers, laughing cow cheese and fruit
    Make a breakfast burrito

if you havent far to travel, take a small bottle of pre measired milk or but an ice wrap around it to keep it cool and take a preweighed amount of cereal in with some chopped fruit in it in a sandwich bad, once at work, pour in to bowl, grab a spoon...eat! I ate cereal whilst travelling down to Italy (took 2 days!) by eating it from a beaker!
  • Natural yoghurt, frozen berries, 30 grams chopped prunes and I also tear up a muesli bar and throw that in too.

What recipe do you use for the breakfast cookies?
  • I eat breakfast at my desk too. Here are a few of my favorites:

    - Oatmeal with a tbsp of dried cranberries stirred in
    - Light vanilla yogurt with 2 tbsp of granola stirred in (I add sliced strawberries sometimes too)
    - Granola bar with a piece of fruit
    - Whole wheat bagel thin with a tbsp of peanut butter (try adding a sprinkle;e of raisins on top)
    - Vita Muffins (find them in the freezer section) - if you haven't heard of them, they are 100 calorie muffin tops. Very tasty. They need a little time to thaw, which is perfect for the commute. Then, I defrost it in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
    - Banana and tbsp of peanut butter

2 slices of toast with marmite (only salt intake I have, we don't even add it to the bread), then a banana after 21 mile ride into work. Just about sees me through till lunchtime, with an odd apple or two

Mini bagel with some egg whites (you could just keep this in your fridge at work, and then microwave it to make breakfast sandwich) & a slice of cheese. That's my staple breakfast, with a FAGE Greek yogurt on the side. Tons of protein, so it's really filling till lunch time :)

I make a smoothie at home with OJ, Fage yogurt, fruit, and a scoop of protein powder, then I drag it along to work. I end up sipping on it most mornings until 10:00 or so, and it holds me until lunch with no problems.
