Hi, i do Tae-Bo, which is just a bunch of punching and kicking with weights. I was wondering if that would count as strength work too? Thanks!

Probably not. But considering this site is a calorie counter and doesn't really have good way of accounting for weights, Just log it in as cardio.
I don't think the weights you hold are heavy enough to be considered as strength training.0 -
Are you getting stronger?
I think so, it's getting easier to do. I was using 2 lbs in each hand but i'm going to increase it to 5lbs in each hand to make it more challenging.0 -

Then yes, it counts.0 -
I'm a big fan of Tae Bo. It's my number one workout. Yes, you can count your workouts as both cardio and strength, because in some of Billy's workouts, you are doing both. It's what I call Cardio Strength workouts. I have other workouts that falls in that category as well.0
