Fall Pumpkin Spice Muffins
Options
In the spirit of fall and pumpkins etc I got inspired today to make some pumpkin spice muffins. I based my recipe off of one from cooks.com ,but modified it a bit.

Bake in the oven at 350 for 15-20 mins (depends on how big you mak your muffins) and.....

VOILA!
I forgot to put the baking powder in mine, but they still turned out pretty good. They could probably do with a bit more cinnamon, and the recipe called for cloves as well but I didn't have any on hand. You can also put the nuts right in the mixture, but I put them on top to pretty them up.
