So, I was born with 2/3s my left arm. I can't really do push ups, but i can sorta do planks propped up. i got a strap on weight to try to work out my arm. and have small wrist weights too. I can't do pull ups or any thing like that.

I was wondering, if given the above info, if anyone can help me figure out how to tone my left arm up. obvious reasons, my right and left biceps are not even. hubby said to do more reps on left and fewer on right. but i worried that might cause it to get more sculpted looking than the other.

also, if anyone has any arm workout advise period that might benefit me, I'm all ears.

I'm thinking Hubby might be right. Lots of the strength training machines allow you to do single arm lifts - you might find some your comfortable with and give it a shot. A personal trainer might have some ideas for you as well since they work with all different types of personal situations.
