I finally completed a workout on a dvd!! Not a big deal, but it is for me! I usually have ZERO motivation for workout DVDs where nobody is pushing me... and I get discouraged and give up when I cant follow along, but I finally completed the first workout of Brazil Butt Lift !! Felt like my legs were going to give out underneath me afterwards, but I did it!! Excited for day 2 (thats if I can move!)

    congrats! Im doing slim in 6. Today was my day 2. Keep it up! It will be worth it in the end!

    Thank you for posting this. I'm currently avoiding starting my first dvd. But since I'm not alone in the newbie world, I think it's time. Good luck for tomorrow!

    Awesome! I'm working on doing the 30 Day Shred this month. It will be my first time following a long-term exercise plan like this. I usually just mix things up and do random stuff each time I work out, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this goes.

    I've been using DVD workouts for 4 years, and they're very effective if you stick to it. Love 'em!

    Currently I'm in week 5 day 3 of Slim In 6 and absolutely loving it!

    I have Fibromyalgia and have trouble doing any kind of exercise most days..but I started playing Wii tennis and bowling. The first couple weeks I had to sit down to play, but I worked my way through it. Today I actually played some tennis standing up and then had to sit down. But the important thing is that I'm doing it! You, my dear are doing it too! Keep it up!
