Just depends on how your eating patterns are and when you tend to feel most hungry.

I personally will have anywhere from 200-400 calories for breakfast and right now I'm eating 1200 cals a day.

I only eat one egg white, but like 12by311 said it just depends on when your most hungry. Plus I eat a piece of Sara Lee 45 calorie wheat bread and a slice of turkey. It is only 80 calories.

I eat often, especially on days I plan to work out.

In general I eat 2 breakfasts (one at 8 am and one at 10am) around 200-300 calories each time. However my daily ammount is higher though -- 1400 cals.

I'd say stick to around 300 cals.

I try to have 300 cals for each meal then 2 snacks 150 cals each! I find I get less hungry and feel less like I want to cheat if i eat more often! This morning I had fiber one pancakes (180), with blueberries (20) and light syrup (100)! I'm stuffed and all for only 300 cals!

Good Luck! you will figure out what works best for you! they say its best to eat more in the am and less in the evening...but whenever i do that I end up going over cause the evenings is when I have cravings!

are you going to work out today? burn some calories to give you a bigger base to start with and you have many more choices

egg whites alone isn't really a balanced breakfast. whip 2 into an omelette with a little cheddar and some chopped veggies and we're in business. All that will only cost you around 200 cals and it'll taste better and leave you feeling more satisfied than egg whites alone.

ps- I don't know how you guys do the egg whites only thing. I'll take the extra cals anyday just give me a WHOLE egg! lol
