No calorie, non-artificial sweetener

Just an FYI - there is an herb called "stevia" it is a sweetener, but not recognized as such by the FDA. It has no calories. You can get it from helath food stores and it comes in packets just like sugar. However, if you are on any medication, be careful mixing herbs with medicine. Ask a professional if it's safe. The brand that I use is called "Sweet Leaf Stevia Plus". It has fiber added to it which is a nice bonus.
