I fell behind !!! Ideas?

In the past 14 days of me not logging, IVE GAINED 10 MORE POUNDS!!!
I just can't believe it. I havent worked out in the past 2 weeks either, I think Im starting to lose focus.
Ive been thinking about trying only eating superfruits and 1 whole grain slice of bread a day, but I have a problem with snacking.
Maybe snacking on kiwi instead of keeblers 100 calorie packs will be a little better..?
Also, I have never been a runner, I have bad arthritic joints. Im thinking about just running a little anyway.
Anyone else have any problems staying on the right track?
