Ok so when i first started this I struggled to touch my toes this for me was devastating because only 2 years ago I was a varsity cheerleader and was extremely flexible so after three weeks of working out and stretching everyday I GOT MY FLEXIBILITY BACK!! :happy: :laugh: :love: :drinker:

    Congrats! Flexible is good :) My doc said my hamstring flexibility issue was "alarming", but im working on it lol..

    Hamstrings were my issue i have alot of scar tissue from pulling them constantly in high school its taken too long to get them even close to where i used to be but this is pretty close :)

    awesome! I just can't wait to cross my legs again:) i could never do the splits but I COULD put my ankles behind my neck... hrmmm that may be a NSV when I can do that again... but I wont even try it until I get to below 200 lbs...

    What kind of stretching did you do to get back into the swing of splits and whatnot? I am looking for a stretching routine of my own, would like to increase it myself! Thanks for all you are willing to share and congrats, Stretch!

    Agreed! I'd like to know too, I have nooo flexibility in my legs.
