Sending out an SOS...

I have gotten completely off track and need some heavy support and motivation to get me back on track. I was out of exercise last week due to a sprained ankle and managed to gain only 6oz for my weekly weigh in which I think is awesome considering I am in the middle-end of TOM. I have been off track since Friday and been eating fast food and of course the Halloween candy my kids collected :blushing: My ankle is still bothering me somewhat so I'm not sure what I should do to get back into exercise. I run for 30 mins 2x per week and do Jillian Michaels 30 DS for the other 2x per week. I plan on starting fresh with eating tomorrow and drinking tons of water to flush all the unhealthy crap out. My weigh in is on Friday so I'm not expecting much from that. :frown: Please help! I don't know how but help...

you already recognized that you fell of the wagon, thats the hardest part. Your wagon hasnt been broken for too long so you probably dont need motivation you seem like your doing that well on your own. Now just for some follow through- stay honest to yourself, dont say your going to do something and dont, otherwise you have too live with that lie.

I had and still have that issue sometimes. I tell myself that Im planning on working out or eating this and then I dont, I never really felt guilty until my grandpa told me " If you lie to yourself, how can you trust yourself to be honest with any body else, after all who is the most important person in your life, you"

STEP AWAY FROM THE SWEETS... lol

Maybe some water aerobics or upper body weight circuits until the ankle is back in shape?
