Bircher muesli!

Does anyone else here love bircher muesli? I have it almost every day for breakfast. I soak 1/4 cup rolled oats and 1/4 cup oat bran in 200ml of low-fat milk overnight in the fridge, then add 1/2 scoop of protein powder, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, toasted wheatgerm and ground flaxseed meal to it. Sometimes I add raisins, blueberries or other fruit. Delicious, great macros (though high in carbs if you're watching your carbs) and keeps me full for hours!

Love it love it, but tend to stay clear of it because of the carbs. You're right though, it keeps you full for hours which balances it out, might just indulge again!!0

I have it now and again. I soak my oats in fruit juice overnight, and usually add some raisins or sultanas at that stage so they get nice and plump. In the morning I grate an apple in, add blobs of plain yoghurt, and sprinkle on whatever nuts, seeds, flax, etc I have to hand. Sometimes a shake of cinnamon.0
