Howdy!

I've played around with the idea of losing my sedentary lifestyle for some time now. I've managed to lose 40 pounds over the past couple of years, alot of it came from quitting sodas and smoking a year ago after losing my mom to unhealthy choices. Today the results of my bood work came in and they were not favorable, most notably the triglycerides. Just shy of my 31st birthday, I've decided to embark on a new healthy life. I've set a goal to go from my current weight of 215 down to 190, regardless of how long it takes!
Looking foward to learning new things and offering encouragement along the way as we reach our goals on MFP.
