hi guys , so it all started yesterday my gran was all excited about loosing a stone dont get me wrong i am so happy for her she weighed 15 stone , i hadnt weighed myself for ages since i started driving i just got so lazy. so i stood on the dreaded scales new i gained a few lbs but it wasnt i gaine a whole stone ( 14lbs ) how have i even let this happen, i joined gym straight away last night i did a class aswell as a work ot sure i am fully back on wagon now we booking holiday in the summer i need to wear aa skimpy bikini away. anyone have any tip for staying on this wagon plese let me know add me too need all the support i can x

  • Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating a lot of lean proteins to help build and protect your muscle. Good luck!
