Advice for weight loss out on the road

Hi guys,
I'm looking for some advice. This coming work week is going to be a killer. I'm away from home Monday to Friday, in different parts of the country, at different events all of which will be catered and none of which will leave much time for exercise. It's also unlikely that I will have internet access to log in to MFP.
As this weekend proved (Halloween candy binge), I can get so far off track by being away from home (I'm STILL working off that extra 3 lbs from the weekend!) so any advice would be appreciated. It's not that I think I won't get back to the weight loss, it's just that I'm getting SO sick of re-losing the same few pounds - it takes it that much longer to reach my goal which discourages me.
Anyway, I know there are some really successful folk on here so I thought I would try to learn from y'all. After all, forewarned is forearmed!
Thanks in advance!

Hi there
Not sure if this will help you or not, but if you have a Kindle and you go on Amazon, one of the free books at the moment is called the 'Hotel Room Workout' http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hotel-Room-Workout-Video-ebook/dp/B005BTLGT4/ref=sr_1_2?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1320311731&sr=1-2
It's a video guide too. If you have some way of downloading that, you might be able to fit in a workout at the gym.
Also, you could try just having a protein/slimmers shake for those meals that aren't catered (e.g dinner is catered, have one for breakfast and lunch), unless it's all catered.
I have a similar situation with work sometimes, so I'll be interested to see what other tips you get!

Thanks for this! I'll check out the hotel room workout guide, that sounds great!
