What does it all mean!!!!!!??????

Does it refer to each day or for the week??

    The ones where it shows how much protein, carb and fat you have had!!

    Not sure what they all mean!

    The daily pie chart shows the percentages you've consumed of carbs, protein and fats for the day
    The weekly pie chart shows the percentages you've consumed of carbs, protein and fats for the week

    Basically out of 100% of the food you have eaten for the day or week, 50% of them may have been carbs, 25% protein and 25% fats

    Under the settings you can determine your goals of how much you WANT to eat of each, They are automatically set to the RDI %

    Then the charts offer a way to view if you have met those targets or not.
