Yes i always get this as well. Its so frustrating! I really try to limit myself to a single cheat meal as i find it harder the next day (due to hunger) to get back on track if i have cheated for a full day or two. After a "cheat) i I usually try to stay within my calorie limit but just exercise loads to allow me to eat more. And i always try to eat really clean for a few days after.

I think it's because I've stretched my tummy and there's more room in there now to fill it...

Yes!! So I try to eat more fruits and veggies they fill you up with lower calories and sodium. Also popcorn or rice cakes with lots of water somestimes works for me.

Yeh i think that too!! like ive stretched it and fed it more than usual and now it expects more!! I would just be really strict on yourself to nip it in the bud and prevent spiralling back into the pattern of getting used to eating more again.!

    Anyway...

I usually overeat for a few days in a row but only to maintenance (don't gain but don't lose). Just pick up when willpower's stronger. :) EDITED TO ADD: Yes. Completely ravenous. lol

Yup, I do it too... guess I am human after all! I tend to be STARVING the next day, and try like mad to just eat what I should, and drink a ton of water to fill the gaps till it passes!

Yeah this happens to me too! When I wake up the next day I'm starving even though I have eaten the most I have in days. Then it takes some serious willpower for me to eat like normal. I usually just follow my normal routine and make sure I exercise at some point in the day! But it's hard!!!

I hadn't felt that way until this week.... when I overate on Halloween.... some candy and pizza. The next day we had pasta with chicken and broccoli for dinner, and I ate more of that than I should. I was just craving it. Now, 2 days later, I am finally back into my normal mode/cycle and doing good. Not feeling hungry, etc.

I think you just have to kick yourself in the butt and get back that motivation... it's only 1-2 days. Drinks lots of water to help fill you up. I noticed I was lower on water the few days I was more hungry. And fill up with lots of veggies, and low-cal options!!!!
