GOAL and shift to maintenance.

This morning my scale reflected my goal weight, so in the next week or so, as I stabilize at that weight, I will be shifting over a maintenance level of calories.

Mostly though, I want to thank everyone here who has had the courage (more than I have) to share their stories. You have been an ongoing source of motivation, encouragement, and belief that positive outcomes are possible. Thank you all.
