Most/Least effective exercises

I saw this in my inbox today and actually thought it had some pretty good information. It's the 7 Most Effective Exercises, and the follow up slideshow is the 9 Least Effective Exercises. I thought some of you might find it helpful too. :flowerforyou:

Thanks for posting that! My trainer has me doing all of those exercises -- interval training, push ups, squats, lunges, and I totally see a difference. I'm glad to see he knows what he is doing, but I already knew that0

haha. shake weight videos make me laugh no matter what is going on.0 -
I noticed Zumba dance was not listed on the exercise tracker. Does anyone know how many calories you burn with that cardio exercise.0
