More baking with protein powder: Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat
INGREDIENTS
(Makes 6 servings/6 muffins)
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 6 egg whites
• 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
• 2 teaspoons pure cocoa powder
• Pinch of stevia
• ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
• 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Then add the egg whites, extract, and water.
3. Stir until mixed well. Scoop into a muffin pan.
coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350oF for 25 minutes.
Macros depend on what protein powder and peanut butter you use. Enjoy.

each protein powder and peanut butter is different. you would need to build the recipe on here and it will tell you. i dont think they are that much0 -

Sounds pretty good. I calculated macros using the protein powder I use(Jay Robb chocolate) and natural peanut butter. For 6 servings it came out to be 120 cals, 12g carbs, 4g fat, 10g protein, 0g sugar, 2g fiber. Not bad actually. I might have to try it.0
