With two of the biggest holidays coming up, what are your plans for the meals?
I was reading on thefitnessista.com that it would be ok to let yourself indulge just a little, and then make sure you get right back on track, but for someone losing weight, this advice will quickly lead to a road block (especially if you have issues with food).
My plan is to modify the indulge plan. I have to work Thanksgiving am, so I'll eat my normal breakfast, light lunch, go for a run and then eat dinner as they prepare it only half what I ate last year. I plan on taking sugarless pumpkin bread so that I have a healthy dessert.
