What MFP Has Done For Me...

One of my favorite things about MFP, is that I'm becoming so aware and mindful of the food choices that I'm making. I'm incorporating more fruits and veggies and better protein choices. While at the grocery store, I spend most of my time around the perimeter of the store where you find most of the healthier food choices. I only visit the cookie isle because it's where the spices are. And, the best part, no more waiting at the deli counter. Don't get me wrong, I still go for treats, but it's usually from the skinny cow frozen treats, oh the irony on that one!
