What workouts can I do to burn and build the fastest? :smile:

    You should try fining a Zumba class in your area! I know that it has helped me to lose most of the weight i have! Depending on weight and intensity you can burn like 500-700 calories an hour! and its really fun too! There is alot of Latin and Hip Hop dancing at the one that i go to in OKC so its REALLY good for your abs section! I also do a machine called the Arc Trainer, its much like an Eliptical but works more and different muscle groups. Hope you find something fun!
  • Thanks so much! I will try the classes. I'm not the best at dancing but it should be fun. I'm working on the water thing. I've never been a water person at all. I'm drinking about 2-4 glasses a day now. I don't know why it's so hard for me to just drink it. I may start adding those Special K Protein water mixes to a few glasses to make it a bit more enjoyable.
