I ran across a pic of me when I was at my worst 4 years ago, around 315 lbs or so.

Compared to where I am at today, around 100 lbs lighter and totally healthy.

Diabetes 100% controlled - Check!
High Blood Pressure - Check!
Cholesterol - Nearing Normal!

Was it worth it?

Hell Yeah!

This picture is hanging on my fridge as a daily reminder of where I've come and where I could be again should I fall off this new path/lifestyle.

Best of luck to each of you, this battle can be won. I'm almost 50 now and in the best shape of my life.

    My husband just started losing, down 20+ from a high of 330. I hope that he keeps going until he looks are great as you do! Nice work, sir!
