I use fat free ranch dressing. Gives the tuna a really good taste. Not too much tho, because of the calores, just enough to get the tuna moistened well.0

Last time I ate tuna I mixed up some cottage cheese and a little salsa in the tuna , it was very tasty.0

Try some DILL pickle relish. I used to always add Miracle Whip, but like it without now.0

I use hot sauce on mine.0
-
I used the light mayo.0

I like hummus or greek yogurt to bind.0

Really good is Avocado mixed in...didn't know Iiked it til I tried it!!0

I just tried the Nonfat Greek Yogurt today. I added some garlic powder, black pepper and a little bit of No Cal Dijon, Really smooth and creamy. The yogurt makes the tuna taste very light compared to mayo.0

I've done this. Loved it.
*sighs* I miss avocados.0 -
brown mustard - sounds gross, but you eat it on a triscuit and it is YUM.0

I use light mayo or light miracle whip. Sometimes mustard or hot sauce too0

Horseraddish!!!! You can use a prepared horseraddish sauce, has less calories than even light mayo, or use a little light mayo, and add straight horseraddish if you like it hot!!! I do. You can also substitute the mayo for any light sour cream, ranch, greek yogurt, etc,0

Honey Mustard!!! Soo good and only 5 cals per teaspoon with no fat.... cant beat that.0

I have a totally different suggestion and its the only way I eat my tuna... lemon zest and juice, chilli flakes, parsley and crumble in low fat feta cheese... so good!0

One word: Baconnaise! (see http://www.baconnaise.com/)0

mustard and a spoon full of rellish... if you have to go mayo, read the labes...the light stuff is often not as healthy as you may think... The oilve oil mayo could be a good last option.0

My husband can't STAND mayo or anything else with that texture, so no sour cream, yogurt, miracle whip, etc., so here are some of my tuna salad variations:
Tuna & Hummus
Tuna & flash-sauteed & pureed eggplant
Tuna, finely minced celery & onion, basalmic vinegar
Tuna slaw-- tuna, cabbage, apple vinegar and a touch of sugar [think vinegar slaw with tuna added]0 -
Try Nayonaise! It's the vegan mayo. You can find in health food stores. It looks a bit different, but it tastes the same.0
