UTIs SUCK!!!!

This is my 5th UTI to get since I've been married. I've been married for 5 months!!! I had one last year but that was from an outdoor summer camp where I was hot and sweaty all the time. I get that. But since I've been married? The first one was from the honeymoon (I was fine until I decided to get into the hot tub by myself and chill... I've always avoided hot tubs.) I wash and pee before and after too. I drink a lot of water (quit sodas and limit my sweet tea intake) and pee often and take cranberry pills! I found out I'm allergic to Bactrim which is what cleared up the first 2 and now I'm on Cipro and it sucks!!! It's like I can't get rid of it! And the funniest thing is 1/2 the time, sex wasn't there before the UTI (maybe 2-3 days before). Can someone please give me some advice!?!?! It's so depressing!
