I would love to know the answer to this also.0

it will be different for everyone, you would need a HRM to get an somewhat accurate measure. No site will know the intensity you worked at so the cals burned would be just a guess.0

I know people say it all the time but I've found that P90X is REALLY hard to estimate without a heart rate monitor. Otherwise log it as circuit training or aerobics.0

I second that. I have some p90x peeps as friends and thier calories are usually very different than mine. It all depends on how hard you are working, and what range you maintain your heart rate in.0 -

I'm afraid the only accurate count you will get is by wearing an HRM. Everyone goes at a different intensity. Height, weight, age and how long you have been doing P90X will all factor in the number of calories burned. Any calculations made through a website will strictly be a "best guess". I loved P90X! But my calories burned were much different than the number my husband burned.0
