Just started my diet this monday,,,so hard to beak habit of putting things in mouth even when u r not hungry. All is going good just home to get thru the week. Luv new friends if u wanna add me.

    Hi everyone! I started using my fitness pal about 7 or 8 months ago. I was doing really well, then summer came. I find I am not as faithful in tracking my meals but have not gained any weight back.
    I am a stay at home mom of 2 children. I go to the gym 3-5 times a week for different group classes.
    I need some motivation to keep tracking my food so I thought I would check this forum out.
