Anyone have any experience with this product?

The reviews are good.

Thinking would be great for my work capacity and density days indoors over the winter.

Just want to be sure its quality, I know for a fact good quality bands can make for a good heavy workout if employed well.

You can't go wrong with the Bodylastic resistance bands. I've had mine for almost two years, use them several times a week, and it's like they're brand new. They are very well made so no worries there -- the handles and ankle straps are better then other bands I've used, and don't really compare. Also love their door attachment, basically it gives you all the workouts you'd do with a machine but without taking up any space at all.

You probably already have your own workout routine going, but one of the awesome things with these guys is their liveexercise.com site which is devoted totally to the use of resistance bands -- they have a great muscle building show that airs live several times a week but is also archived on the site, and my wife uses the bands in conjunction with their pilates and toning shows.

Anyway, if you haven't already gone ahead and picked up a set, you won't regret doing so. Cheers!
