Starting a fitness & weight loss challlenge

I am starting a challenge on December 1, while everyone else is gaining our group is going to be losing! We will be going into the new year happy & feeling good about ourselves! We will have our own private facebook group, have to track exercise & food on the my fitness pal diary everyday (no exceptions), must work out 5 days per week (this does not mean normal activity...it will have to be a work out dvd, walking, running or a gym class) & posting once per day in our private group. If you are ready to COMMIT message me so I can get all your info & get you added!
