starting a challenge

i need someone to help me start a challenge...throw some ideas at me!

    1. Run 10k this weekend
    2. Ride 20 miles on a bicycle this weekend
    3. Do 100 regular pushups (modified if necessary) and 100 situps this weekend, none consecutive.
    4. Go out, have fun, and get active like a BAWSS!
    5. Climb 3 separate trees this weekend, just because!

    im thinking a very small group one....it gets too hectic with a bigger group

    You could do something for Thanksgiving OR Christmas. Or even a NEW YOU Before New Years.
  • Pick a movie you have never seen. Pick a word.

    Every time that word is said in the movie you have to do 10 sit ups/ exercise of your choice.

    You get to do the movie thing and get little exercise to off set the snacks.
