Hello everyone. This is my first post, but I've been using MFP for a while now and love it! I tried livestrong.com, but this site (and it's corresponding Android app) beats it hands down. On the 1st of January 2011, I weighed in at 256 lbs. I'm 6'5", so it's not so bad, but not where I wanted to be. Since then, with religious calorie counting and exercise, I've lost over 30 lbs and am only about 10 lbs away from my goal weight.

Hello...and welcome aboard. Sounds like you have this knocked. Doing a great job. We all know it's a combination of what you eat, and how much you move. Soooooo, get a move on. time to limit those beers after dinner. I get the snack..find something that fits your program better.... but limit the beer. I agree..if you brush your teeth...you aren't as likely to eat or drink..except water. Lots and lots of water. :laugh:
