Knee Pain

Does anyone else have knee pain when exercising? I have noticed that during lunges my knees feel almost stiff and any sort of jumping motion - forget it. It just plain hurts!! Anyone have any advice as the lack of these motions is SERIOUSLY cutting into my circuit training with the 30DS.
Thanks!

Yes I do. My knees kill me. I have learned to grit my teeth and carry on regardless. Obviously, if the pain is really really bad I stop what I'm doing. Lunges got easier the more I done. But jumping, I would say to avoid anything that high impact.
Hope that helps :flowerforyou:0 -
I do, you need to rest, I know that's not what you wNt to hear. I am SUPER careful wtith lunges. Proper form is essential. Strengthen your upper front legs to support your knees. Take it slow. You will be able to do it. I can't do a lot of jumping, I just modify so I'm still burning calories.0

I started running and I am also experiencing soreness and stiffness in my right knee. I am hoping that I can take some ibuprofen and it will just get stronger and better over time.0
