I am working 12 hour shifts this weekend should I up my cals on these days? any advice would be helpful I work a factory type job right now so i will be standing and walking around alot I check car parts to be exact

If it something you do everyday, I would say no. You can change your profile to being active.0

I would not up my calories.. unless you aren't feeling well due to the extra hours/shift0

Either change your profile as suggested or up your calories via adding your work to your exercise.If you feel bad for logging work like I do and choose not to change your profile Id say log perhaps 2 hours of walking for each 12 hour shift(depending on how much walking you think you may do for that specific day),that will allow you to eat more and keep you from getting too tired.0

these long hours are not normal for me but i guess i will keep the amount of cals the same0
