Hi Everyone,
I am new to MFP. I have tried several different diets, but nothing seems to work for me, so I am giving calorie counting a go after my sister recommended MFP. I also really want to include exercise and fitness in my journey.
On a personal level, I am 21 and 5ft 3. I live in the UK and have a lovely family and wonderful boyfriend. I have recently graduated from university (where I spent far too much time eating and not enough time exercising) and am looking to turn my life around. My ultimate goal is to lose the weight by my sister's wedding in August 2012.
I have about 44 lbs to lose to get to my healthy weight, and 71 lbs before I get to my final goal weight. I would really welcome some support from anyone in a similar position so we can reach our weight-loss and exercise targets together. Any takers? I would really appreciate it!
