How to I track my time with my trainer?

We do a lot of things. Lunges, leg lifts, free weights, balls, walking, arm bands and I dont count each and every thing we do. How do I track this time for calories burned? We work out 1 hour 3x a week. I also go to the gym other days but I track that easy depending on the machine I'm on.

Honestly... I just put 50 minutes of circuit training.... unless I'm paying attention to what were doing. We'll do like 15 minutes of boxing sometimes so I'll put 15 of boxing and the rest of circuit training.

I log the number of minutes under cardio, "strengh training".0
