I have been getting constant headaches lately. I mean so bad that they make me nauseous, but when I workout they do go away. I was just wondering what can be triggering them and how exercise helps?
Thanks :)

Do you take suppliments and if so what are they?

Do you drink or eat anything during or prior to your workouts?

I used to get headaches in the summer but they would go away when I went to the gym or running. I figured out that the Gatorade I drank during my workouts was getting rid of the headaches. You may be low on sodium or dehydrated if you are sweating alot.

All I take is fish oil, which I have been taking for years and never experienced headaches from. I drink water before and during a workout and drink 1% milk after

    Water is usually the answer.
