Hello I am new to this site and so far like it a lot! I am a mom of 3girls. Oldest is 4 1/2 and youngest is 2months. I gained a ton of weight with my first baby (80lbs). I have had 2more babies but my goal is to still lose those 80lbs. I have zero support and that is why I am on a site for some motivation and encouragment. Can't wait to get started and get healthy to live the best life I can with my beautiful girls.

    Welcome, i have two 12 yr old girls...they are a handful! Love to help if i can, that hug I got from them and the "im so proud of you" made all the sweat and pain worth it!
