44 pounds down, progress photo!

I thought I would share my progress so far, I'm 20 and have been losing weight for about 1 and a half years. During this time my outlook on life has changed astronomically. I suffered from depression and had a lot of medical problems, but with the help of diet and fitness, I am healthier mentally and physically!

I have achieved my weight loss through good old hard yakka and cutting my calories down. My favourite DVDS are the Shred and Walk Away the Pounds, I used these in combination with cardio work.

I am hoping to lose around 10 more kilos, I am 5''9 for anyone wondering :)

I am reallllly shocked at how my face has changed though, people from school don't even recognize me!
