I signed up today, and have logged on about 7 times already. I may be addicted!! This site is fantastic, I really think it will keep me in line and it beats writing what I ate in a note book.

    I agree... It's definitely addictive and it's my new facebook, BUT it's better because it helps us to be the best we can be. Welcome!
