I feel your pain. Low cal, low fat, satisfying... but the sodium!0

Roast a turkey and slice it. That will cut sodium down to almost nothing.0
-
i cook my own then slice it. that might help if you tried it?0

The turkey by Applegate Farms may be a bit lower in sodium. They make relatively "cleaner" deli meats.0

not gonna find it!! as much as i love it, deli meats are the devil!! you are better off buying the whole bird.0

I go to the deli and get Sara Lee Low Sodium Oven Roasted turkey and chicken breast. Obviously not the lowest sodium thing still, but it is better than other lunch meats in packages.0

If it's more than you will eat at any time soon, freeze it.
Also, will likely be cheaper this way, than buying the precooked stuff.
Does require effort though.
I'll let you make that call.

I love the Columbus low sodium turkey from TJ's!!! It's yummy; doesn't taste any different from the regular stuff. Their roast beef is also pretty low; I think it's about 180mg per 2oz.0
