Maintaining results after 30DS?

Hello,
After seeing SO MANY amazing before/afters from those of you who have done the 30 Day Shred,
I decided to go out last night and pick up the DVD plus two 3-lb hand weights.
I can't wait to get started! I run at least 3x a week but don't do any strength training. I think this program may be exactly what I need to add in order to get some real results and tone up.
But, say I get some good results after completing the program...how will I maintain them??
Those of you who have completed the shred, what did you move onto afterward to maintain? Did you go for another round of the shred? Started a different video? Or maybe just began weight training at the gym?
I'd love to hear everyone's post-30ds maintenance programs!

I haven't finished the 30DS yet, but I plan to do the 30 day ripped dvd, then the yoga dvd (which I'll also do for 30days). I plan to choose a new Jillian DVD for each month until I run out of her dvds0

today is my 3rd day so this is a great question... but i would assume you can do some of the exercises that you like from the video to continue the results thats what i would do anyways
good luck!
btw its hard and you will be sore so trust me when i say work through the pain it will get better every day you do it0 -

After my 30DS I moved on and started alternating between "Banish fat, boost metabolism" and "No more trouble zones" by Jillian Michaels. After getting too comfortable with all of that I have moved onto Ripped in 30:) You have to keep working those muscles to maintain the definition!0

I was actually planning that as well! maybe do 30ds twice, then ripped in 30, then 6 pack abs or something like that. Kifting weights at the gym is just so boring to me, so I don't think that will be a good maintenance program for me.today is my 3rd day so this is a great question... but i would assume you can do some of the exercises that you like from the video to continue the results thats what i would do anyways

yeah, good suggestion. I know I'm going to get my butt kicked! I can jog for days but I can't do a push up. BLAH.0 -

Well from your pic your results are beautiful! so I trust your judgement. I think I'll move on to another video after 30ds. I guess it's a little too early for me to be concerned with it since I've yet to START the thing lol.0 -
after this one i am going to do killer buns and thighs cause i need to get my *kitten* into shape lol0

LOL I might do the same. I'm bottom-heavy, but I lose all my weight on top! I'm considering the 6 pack dvd though, because I don't carry much weight in my tummy so I think I could get some ripped abs fairly quickly0
