Swimming goals

I'm trying to set myself some goals for my swimming this season, and aside from increase my fitness speed and endurance, I'd like to set some times as goals for the 50m and 100m events for FR, BA, BR, BU and 100m and 200m events for IM.

Can anyone help?
These are my times from the two previous seasons. At my first time trials this season I got a 33.something in 50FR and my coach wants me to aim for under 30
