Just started using myfitnesspal. Really like the driod app and the scanning feature. My goal is to change my lifestyle and I hope by doing this I lose 40lbs

You are in the right place to drop your 40 pounds....You can do it. Just make sure you log every day faithfully! Even on a bad day, be sure to log. Keeps you honest and those numbers don't lie! Good luck!0
