30 DS what size hand weights do you use?

What size hand weights do you guys use when doing the 30ds , i had a really hard time the other day lol then realised the hand weights that i was using weighed 2.5kg (5.5 lbs) each which is probably to heavy when starting out

    I dont use anything!! So irritating because I can't find anywhere in town that has them

    Sometimes the big chain stores stock them maybe youc ould see if someone could order them in , im thinking of giving it ago wthout them until i can get some lighter ones just need to know what size to buy

    I use 3 lb weights. I've also used salad dressing bottles when I couldn't find mine:)

  • I use 2 lb weights. It doesn't seem like much weight, but I definately feel the burn!
  • 5s or 8's But I do lunges and squats with 30's

    Mine are 4 lbs... because that's what I had from awhile ago, but some of the harder moves... I have to use soup cans instead haha. I just kinda do what I can

    I'm using two 5 lbs but for some of the moves I only use one and hold the ends lol. Some of the moves are SO hard when you're starting out. I've also used soup cans before :)
