ok here it is i havnt yet gone over my calorie intake for the day but i have gone over my fat total.. Does that matter??

It's never good to go TOO far over, but you also have to look at what kind of fat. If it's the "healthy" kind (monounsaturated) which comes from nuts and things like avocado, it's not the end of the world. Just try never to go over on your saturated or trans fats!
