Help with carbs please!

Hi everyone!
I am currently contemplating whether or not i should cut down on carbs in my lunches and dinners. I heard that i will lose weight quicker.
What are your opinions on this? and also if i do then what carbs should i cut out completely?? I always stay within the 'carb guidline' thing in my food diary too.

    You can reduce your carbs to create a larger calorie deficit, but i wouldn't advice completely removing it. It is after all the number 1 source of energy for your body.
  • I think I'm with limiting them, not cutting them out completely. Sometimes its the type of carb. I can eat baked potatoes and such, but bread and pasta sabotage my diet plans every time. So I know to limit those things.

    thanks...yeah, im all for being healthy and i dont want to cut certain food groups out, but i like the no bread and pasta thing..they always make me feel 'fat' after ive eaten them..thankyou!!
