stomache bulge..

Hi.. i have a million questions and alreay had some answered by all you fantastic people out there.. But this one question is really nagging me so here goes.... How can you lose your belly bulge?? I have been told there are certain foods you need to eat to acheive this and i exercise every day.. what foods reduce the belly bulge and is there anything else that will help???

  • You cannot spot reduce. Just keep eating right, make sure to weight train and switch up your cardio. Your body will lose where it wants, when it wants but the end result will be the bangin body you've always dreamed of. Good luck :flowerforyou:

    I agree with Clever girl....you can't spot reduce or eat magic things that make ceratin areas get smaller...I wish you could! LOL But, strength training keeps your metabolism running when you are not working out and HIIT cardio, or interval cardio training helps too. Keep eating right and being active and it will get better!
