Hi, I'm Michelle
I'm 23 years old, work as a nurse. I have used this site before, although not often enough! This time, I'm determined to stick with it! I am hoping to get healthier by exercising on a regular basis and tracking my caloric intake *everyday*. I want to lose 30 lbs to start with, and see what happens after that. My ultimate goal is that I can incorporate exercise and a healthier lifestyle into my daily life for the rest of my life. Wish me luck!
